Visual AntibodyExport Formats
Visual Antibody supports the following export formats. Use the right tool for the format you need; each format is available from specific workflows below.
Supported formats
- CSV
Table export for sequence analysis and CDR data. Use with the Sequence Analyzer when batch or table export is available; useful for comparing multiple sequences or CDR sets in spreadsheets.
- PDB (Protein Data Bank format)
3D atomic coordinates for the Fv region or full antibody. Download from the 3D Viewer or CDR Highlighter after loading an antibody PDB (e.g. from RCSB). Use in PyMOL, ChimeraX, or other structural tools.
- PNG
Screenshot of the current 3D view. Use the Export PNG button in the Fv 3D Viewer or CDR Highlighter for figures and presentations.
- PDF
Sequence analysis report with chain type, molecular weight, pI, GRAVY, charge, and CDR regions (Kabat). Download from the Sequence Analyzer after entering your antibody sequence.
Where to export from
- Sequence Analyzer — PDF report (sequence, CDR, pI, MW); copy CDR sequences from results.
- Fv Region 3D — PDB, PNG for the loaded antibody structure.
- CDR Highlighter — PNG of CDR-highlighted 3D view.
- PDB Upload (Antibody) — PDB, PNG for your uploaded file.
