Visual AntibodyCDR Highlighter
Visualize complementarity-determining regions (CDR-H1, CDR-H2, CDR-H3, CDR-L1, CDR-L2, CDR-L3) in antibody 3D structures. Use the viewer below or load your own PDB in the Fv Region 3D viewer; use chain and residue controls to highlight CDR loops. CDR boundaries follow Kabat/IMGT numbering. To get CDR sequences (amino acid strings) for design or export, use the Sequence Analyzer and CDR Sequence Export.
Example: antibody structure (PDB 7F9W)
This structure (Anti-CD25 antibodies) includes Fv chains. Use the viewer bar to show/hide chains and switch to Stick or Line to inspect CDR loops. CDR boundaries follow IMGT/Kabat numbering.
